2. Description of Services

Click Asia operates a digital advertising network that connects advertisers with publishers across Asia-Pacific. Our services include ad serving, campaign management, publisher monetisation, and related analytics and reporting tools.

3. Publisher Terms

Publishers joining the Click Asia network agree to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in click fraud, impression fraud, or other invalid traffic
  • Not display Click Asia ads alongside prohibited content
  • Follow Click Asia's publisher policies as updated from time to time

4. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers using Click Asia services agree to:

  • Ensure all advertising materials comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not submit false or misleading advertising content
  • Pay all fees in accordance with agreed payment terms
  • Comply with Click Asia's advertiser policies and IAB guidelines

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on the Click Asia network:

  • Illegal products, services, or activities
  • Misleading or deceptive advertising
  • Adult content (unless explicitly agreed under a separate agreement)
  • Malware, spyware, or other harmful software
  • Content that discriminates based on protected characteristics
  • Counterfeit goods or trademark-infringing content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Click Asia website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Click Asia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Click Asia harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

9. Termination

Click Asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
